This scheme is for 550 units of housing, a marina, and the creation of an urban park by the water. Using the notion that people need light, not cars or trains, we've buried both in tunnels below the landscape, and re-claimed the land for people to enjoy. At the same time the infill provides height to the dwellings further up the hill, giving everyone a view of the water.
